ARVBA is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, established in 2024. It represents 60 businesses with the majority being retail and food/beverage businesses.

CWBA is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, established in 2024. It represents 50 businesses with the majority being retail and food/beverage businesses.

East Village
Formerly the East Santa Clara Business Association, East Village (EVSJ) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2018. It is home to 280 businesses on the corridor just east of San José’s City Hall, with the majority being retail and food/beverage businesses.

Evergreen San José Business Association
ESJBA is a community-focused organization committed to supporting and empowering local businesses in the Evergreen area of East San José.

Japantown Business Association
The JBA is a 501c6 nonprofit organization, founded in 1987 and is one of San José’s oldest Business Improvement Districts. 200 businesses are represented in one of the United States’ last three Japantowns, with residential rental, retail, and food/beverage businesses being the majority.

Monterey Corridor Business Association
Established in 2015, the MCBA became a formal San José Business Improvement District in 2024. It is home to 1,500 businesses just south of Downtown and represents a variety of businesses from industrial to hospitality to retail and food/beverage.

SRBA is a 501c6 nonprofit organization, established in 2024. It represents 300 businesses with retail and food/beverage being the majority. It is also home to San José’s Vietnam Town.

TREBA is a 501c6 nonprofit organization, established as a San José Business Improvement District in 2024. Over 600 businesses belong to TREBA in one of San José’s most vibrant, active neighborhoods.

The WGBA is a 501c6 nonprofit organization, established as a San José Community Benefit Improvement District in 2010. Home to 375 businesses primarily along Lincoln Avenue with the top being retail and food/beverage businesses.

WRBA is a pending 501c6 nonprofit organization, established in 2024. Representing 250 businesses in West San José, the WRBA is home to a mix of retail and food/beverage businesses.
